Depending on what you are requesting will determine the lead time. If you are looking for just a rental quote, the lead-time is 1 business day. If you are requesting a custom quote, it could be anywhere from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the degree of custom work.

We are located at 100 Taylor St. Suite A-1 Nashville, TN 37208. Be sure to check with your sales agent or call ahead to confirm pickup and return times. As you arrive at the building, we are the white door at the end of the parking lot. We have a sign in the window.

We require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. The final balance is due 10-days prior to the event. if your event request is within 14 days of the event, the full balance is due at order confirmation.

Yes, you are able to request special payment terms if you are a corporation, government entity, or religious organization. A background check must be completed and terms are not guaranteed.

Yes, we charge delivery fees. Fees are based on a flat rate, plus ,mileage.

No, we don’t offer draping services. However, through vendor partnerships, we can coordinate draping through one of our draping specialists.

No, we currently do not provide audio services. However, through our vendor partnerships, we can coordinate your audio needs with one of our audio specialists.

Yes, we charge late fees starting the first day payment is considered late. For COD accounts, payment is late starting the 10th day before the event as final balances are do 10 days prior to the event. For NET Term accounts, payment is considered late the first day after those terms have been met. We have tiered late fees bases on the length of time the balance has been outstanding. Please review your terms & conditions for those fees.

We currently do not. We have rustic marquee letters what have been custom built from local refurbished materials. We do not have marquee numbers in stock.

Our quotes are valid for 14 days from the first day the quote was sent. If your event is withing 14 days of your request, you quote is valid for only 1 week. However, equipment and services are not guaranteed until a signed contract and deposit has been received. The pricing is the only item that remains valid during the grace period.

Yes, for services that include labor & delivery, we have seasonal order minimums. Please contact our sales agent for minimum specifics. There are no order minimums for dry-hire equipment rentals.
